Known issues

Opening PDFs in Internet Explorer 6.0
If problems arise when opening a document within Internet Explorer, try changing the browser configuration:

1. Close the IE6 browser
2. Go to the Start menu on your computer, choose > Acrobat Reader
3. From the Edit Menu in Acrobat Reader, choose Preferences > Internet
4. Uncheck the "Display PDF in Browser" box in the Web Browser Options section and click OK

The PDF file should now automatically open in the Acrobat Reader

JavaScript
If JavaScript is disabled or not available on some browsers this can reduce or disable important functionality, including the fare total displayed when booking online. JavaScript is also used for opening new browser windows. Check your Internet Explorer options to ensure JavaScript is enabled. Early versions of Internet Explorer are likely to have problems executing JavaScript contained in this site.

Homepage Fare Finder
On Internet Explorer 6 browsers, high privacy settings may prevent you from using the fare finder on the homepage. To use it, first reduce your privacy settings to medium or lower through the Internet Options menu.
